Park Vet Hurricane Policy Please remember: space is limited! Additional charges may apply to our normal boarding rates during a disaster. Be sure your pet is up to date on all vaccinations(Required: Rabies, Da2pp and Bordetella) and have proof available. Park Veterinary Hospital will not accept unvaccinated animals under any circumstances! Be sure your pet is wearing a collar with identification. You are required to bring any medications that your pet may need and enough food and water to last at least 7-10 days. Owner must bring at least 7 days worth of the following: Food - Prepackaged per day Water – Dogs: ½ gallon daily    Cats: 1qt daily. Meds – Please bring any medications your pet is currently on!! We recommend bringing at least 2 weeks of the medication, just to be safe! If you have any questions, please call out office at (954)561-8387.   In the event you must cancel your reservation, kindly give us as much notice as possible.
2008 Hurricane Web Specials Canine: $28 per night (any size dog) Feline: $15 per night When reserving: 1st night deposit per pet is required at time of reservation. This deposit is non-refundable and non-negotiable!! Our love and care for your pet extends to their long term well-being so we also make sure everything is up to date with: Immunization All dogs must have current immunizations against rabies, distemper/parvo virus and bordetella bronchitis. All cats must have current immunizations against rabies, feline distemper (usually called FVRCP) and feline leukemia. Parasitic Prevention All pets(dogs and cats) must have a negative fecal examination for internal parasites within the last 6 months. All pets must be free of external parasites (fleas, lice and ticks).
