Ladell began working in the veterinary profession in 1977 as a kennel attendant. After graduating high school, she went on to become a veterinary technician and receptionist. She is a Certified Pet Nutritionist through the Hills Pet Food Company and has volunteered at the Wild Life Care Center for the Humane Society. Throughout the years, Ladell has attended many continuing education seminars. She thrives on client education to better the quality of life for your four-legged furry children.
